In order to visually represent the concept of Online Presence, the logo makes use of the stylized user figures. The figure on the left represents a user, while figures on the right represent its online personas, as seen by others in the online world. The opposed position of user figure and personas figures suggests an association to the effort of the online world to mirror the real world. The use of different head colors is derived from colors frequently used to represent online statuses (red for Busy, yellow for Away, green for Available).
